Free Rally: Vice is a modification of the popular Free Rally series. It adds new cars and a large city to explore. You drive from a third-person view. You can control your car or ride as a passenger in another player's vehicle. The map includes places to call a helicopter and garages to repair your car. Developed by oneru220, this game provides a fun and safe open world experience for everyone.

To play, use WASD or arrow keys to drive cars and helicopters, and to move on foot. Press P to show or hide the car selector. Use Space for the handbrake, E to enter or exit a car, and F to get in or out as a passenger. Q pauses or plays the radio, SHIFT activates nitro, and G flips your car. R signals, V seeks rockets on the helicopter, and I toggles lights. Use C to change camera view, Enter to chat, and ESC to return to the menu.
